YouTube For Unintentional Learning

Using that reasoning, I would argue that YouTube is not a good platform for intentional learning.
It's UX is designed to spark unintentional behaviour and outcomes and the incentives of the alorithm is maximizing attention "spendage"
Therefore the Website itself should only ever be used for unintentional learning/discovery of new information.
